The evidence-based practice (EBP) process is a powerful way of advancing improvements in health care. Identify three strategies that you will now incorporate into your practice based on this course. Explain your rationale.
Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) is not only about the application of the best research evidence in clinical practice but also about using skills and experience to improve patient outcomes. While EBP has effectively designed quality of care, it has also been significant in clinical reasoning (Tucker et al., 2020). The reasoning has been adding more professionals and developing better EBP practices that aid in managing chronic healthcare problems.
The course has elicited the immense significance of EBP in solving healthcare problems. One of the strategies that I would incorporate is the unity of the interprofessional team in the implementation of EBP projects (Rholdon et al., 2021). The healthcare team has an objective role in successfully implementing the EBP project. Besides, they aid in revising the EBP to increase the chances of meeting patient needs. In the second strategy, I would invest much on effective communication with the practice. Effective communication of the project has a positive impact on the project’s success. Lastly, I would outline the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder in the EBP project. This design would allow each stakeholder to remain committed to making the project a success.

The above-discussed strategies have a positive impact in allowing any EBP have an impact on improving the quality of care in healthcare delivery (Wu et al., 2018). The need of any healthcare institution is to develop approaches that would give positive patient outcomes. Any healthcare institution aims to develop a unique approach to treatment interventions that would greatly affect patients’ health. EBP is important in providing the most effective available care, aiming to improve patient outcomes. However, implementation of EBP is not an automatic process as it requires a balance of various factors that would define its success. Effective communication, unity of the interprofessional team, and defined roles of each stakeholder positively impact the successful implementation of the EBP project.
