Dissemination of evidence refers to the purposeful distribution of evidence to a given audience. The objective of disseminating evidence is to foster and improve the distribution of understanding of evidence-based interventions to enhance their scope of application and patient outcomes (Dang & Dearholt, 2018). In the capstone project at hand, the dissemination of evidence-based practice (EBP) will be conducted using the hospital board. The hospital board consists of a workforce within the hospital setting such as nurses, physicians, and other staff responsible for the delivery of patient care. The hospital board is appropriate in this case because of its one-on-one nature of the interaction, which is effective for promoting effective interaction and enabling immediate feedback, especially on matters that need urgent attention.
The external technique that will be used to disseminate EBP is conference presentations using platforms organized by professional organizations. Professional organizations such as the American Nursing Organization (ANA) play significant roles in providing appropriate platforms at the conferences they organize to disseminate the evidence to a large audience of nursing professionals (Grundy et al., 2022). The conferences offer the perfect platform for face-to-face interaction and consultation among nurses.

Reporting the change proposal to the internal and external stakeholders is crucial in facilitating the sharing of knowledge and information about health education on lifestyle changes to reduce obesity rates among obese adolescents. The understanding and information about this proposed change are important in enhancing decision-making among the nursing workforce and fostering patient outcomes (Albarqouni et al., 2018). In addition, reporting the proposed change will promote positive criticism and feedback, which can prompt more improvements before rolling out the project. The communication strategy is likely to vary in every group.
